Who we are

About Stripe
Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.

About the team
At Stripe, we are building a powerful suite of Internal Data Products that enable all Stripes to understand, analyze, and take action based on data and metrics, including building Machine Learning (ML) models that power almost every Stripe product. As the engineering manager of the Internal Data Products Team, you will play a crucial role in building and leading a team of full-stack engineers to design and build high leverage tooling and user interfaces for data visualization and analysis, all of which are critical to driving data literacy, empowering decision-making, and improving ML model performance across the organization. The team is part of the ML Foundations organization, and our long-term vision is to build a unified data + ML experience at Stripe.

What you’ll do

  5. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and advancements in observability practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
