We are looking for a product marketing coordinator to support the Parts and XPS business. You will report to the Parts and XPS product strategy manager and work in collaboration with the PA&A marketing team, engineering, digital and sales teams.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Define the Parts and XPS product information (PVA features and benefits) and content needs in collaboration with the Product Strategy, Engineering and Marketing teams, and provide strong storylines and reasons to believe for our consumers and dealers.
  • Manage marketing production, product information and assets to supply all the required Parts and XPS product content for the PIM and DAM.
  • Contribute to improving the online Parts and XPS product experience at BRP.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) in the creation of product information and support various go-to-market activities such as Media Intro, Special Events, and Club BRP.
  • Prepare and present Product Download documentation to introduce the Parts and XPS product to all related departments, including Marketing, Sales, Planning and International teams.
  • Support the Marketing, Digital, Go-to-Market and Sales teams, and contribute to the integration of Parts and XPS product into Go-to-Market action plans.
  • Note: Hybrid work is permitted; however, this role does require in-person attendance in our Valcourt and Sherbrooke QC offices. Travel to occasional Club BRP meetings and Media Presentations in North America is also required.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, mechanical engineering, communications or a related field with a relevant track record or high interest in Powersports, automotive and heavy equipment functions related to engineering, parts or after-sales functions.
  • Experience in serviceability and repairability processes would be an asset.
  • Strong entrepreneurship and collaborative skills to work efficiently in a cross-functional environment.
  • An enthusiastic team player, who is passionate about vehicle repair and customer lifecycle value.
  • Strong experience in the Microsoft Suite of software, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual English and French, both oral and written, is a must.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Professionalism.
  • A creative and enthusiastic team player.
