We are looking for a dedicated Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bartending, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

1. Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes.
2. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders.
3. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems.
4. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
6. Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
7. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

Skills:

1. Proven experience in bartending and cashiering roles.
2. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for guests.
3. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
4. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.
5. Knowledge of basic math for inventory management and financial transactions.
6. Previous experience in the food industry is preferred.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
