A propos du rôle
Joignez-vous à l'équipe Relations clients - Immeubles collectifs dans le poste d'analyste principal bilingue, Relations clients. Dans ce rôle, vous agirez comme gestionnaire de compte débutant, vous établirez et maintiendrez de solides relations d'affaires avec les clients internes et externes tout en repérant des occasions de renforcer les partenariats avec la SCHL. Vous travaillerez avec les clients et formulerez des recommandations sur la façon d'améliorer les processus afin de nous aider à rendre le logement abordable pour tout le monde au Canada.
Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit d'un poste temporaire qui prendra fin en décembre 2025.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Établir et entretenir des relations d'affaires avec des fournisseurs de logements locatifs actifs dans tout le continuum du logement, des maisons d'hébergement aux logements du marché;
- Guider les clients nouveaux ou existants à travers la gamme de programmes de la SCHL, ce qui comprend la gestion des attentes des clients. Pour ce faire, vous devrez fournir de l'information sur les programmes, répondre rapidement aux demandes de renseignements des clients et contribuer à la présentation des demandes de financement;
- Établir et entretenir de solides relations internes.
