As a Brand Project Manager you thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are great at multitasking and communicating; you are driven and result-oriented. You are recognized for your flawless strategic project coordination skills from start to finish. As Brand Project Manager, reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Oversee and execute all core internal brand related project requests from our internal stakeholders; including but not limited to: Ops, HR, Office, IT, Ecomm, and International. Ensure the requests and final output are brand aligned and meet timelines.
  2. Oversee and execute all ongoing updates, management, and development for the entire Ardene brand (Internally and customer facing):
    1. Ensure maintenance of our brand relevance in our consumer market and with internal key stakeholders.
    2. Perform quarterly monitoring, yearly audits, presentations, and recommendations on brand status.
    3. Build and update all necessary brand documents and distribute them to all necessary collaborators and key stakeholders.
    4. Ideate brand collaborations, special initiatives, and new programs.
    5. Provide brand onboarding and training in collaboration with key departments for all new hires.
    6. Create research and competitive analysis decks as requested.
    7. Conduct bi-weekly store visits and documentation.
    8. Other tasks as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
  1. A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role and a background in fashion retail is required.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  3. Must be a creative thinker with strong knowledge of market trends.
  4. Must have strong Project Management skills.
  5. Must be organized and extremely detail-oriented.
  6. Must have knowledge of the following tools: InDesign, Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook.
  7. Available to travel when needed.
  8. Must be able to present in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to different types of audiences, be a flawless proofreader, and communicate with brand partners as well as internal and external customers.
  9. Ability to communicate perfectly in French and English (spoken and written). We are a Quebec-based company, but our operations are international.
  10. Willing to work in the office 4 days per week, and 1 day at home.
  11. Available to work from Ardene's Head office in Laval.
