Our client is a provincial healthcare entity embarking on a large transformation initiative related to digital health / virtual health strategy. They are looking for a Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise for a 7 month renewable contract for an onsite resource in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities

  1. Development of project documents, plans, status reporting, project milestones, and project budget.
  2. Facilitation of project meetings such as governance, steering, working group, etc.; monitor and ensure the project budget is on track.
  3. Working closely with the client and partner organizations to gather and understand requirements for major initiatives.
  4. Planning and assessment of the next year’s major initiatives.
  5. Writing Business Cases and presentations for budget development.

Qualifications

  1. Project Management Designation or related experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience in project management.
  3. Experience managing a large complex transformational project, ideally for a public sector client in healthcare.
  4. Expertise in business analysis activities for strategic planning projects including writing business cases, proposals, and reports.
  5. Experience leading teams and facilitating large workshops and working groups to support effective decision making.
  6. Past experience managing digital health strategy and/or public sector digital adoption/implementation projects preferred.
  7. Change Management certification and/or experience.
