Your job

  • Provide an overview of the sector's activities and performance indicators, through the implementation and production of analyses, statistics and dashboards.
  • Design and develop the data sets required for the development of key performance indicators according to best practices.
  • Act as an agent of change and ensure the optimization of existing analytical solutions
  • Leverage employee data and data from total rewards programs to help improve employee experience and business performance
  • Apply rigorous analysis methods on large Excel databases and in our data environment (mainly power BI)
  • Understand trends and detect anomalies in compensation, benefits and other employee data
  • Administration of a monitoring asset (SAS), including configuration and maintenance activities
  • Liaise with the supplier for all technical points
  • Service desk management, including investigation and resolution of issues
  • License management, including change management with IT teams
  • Release Management & Product Monitoring.

This position reports to the Senior Director in the Cross-Functional Portfolio Management sector. Within an experienced and dedicated team. You will be able to influence decision-makers through your analyses and the production of dashboards.

Prerequisites
  • Bachelor's degree (or academic equivalent) related to the industry and 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the industry and 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Business Intelligence Design
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Knowledge of extraction and statistical software (MOA, SQL, SAS or Python).
