Sr Scrum Master to facilitate the Agile development process and ensure that the Scrum framework is followed for our large telco client in Toronto.

Duration: 12 Months

# of positions: 1

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the Agile development process and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework.
  • Work closely with the development team and product owner to define user stories and project goals.
  • Organize and lead daily Scrum meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove obstacles hindering the team's progress.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
  2. Experience with Media, TV, or Telco.
  3. Running Agile ceremonies and retro/demo meetings.

Additional Information:

2 Agile teams, 2 main products with a focus on front end (Dynamics) interacting with the Product Owner and QA. Standard agile ceremonies, retro, and demo are conducted in 3-week sprints. Experience with IOS, Media, or TV is a plus. Experience at a large telco is considered an asset.
