Role Description

The Sales & Leasing Professional Assistant role is a full-time on-site position with significant growth opportunity within the first year of employment. The Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, focusing on product knowledge. Support for the sales team in achieving targets will drive success and provide an avenue for a compensation structure that includes commission from sales. Our goal is to attract, develop, and retain employees throughout their desired career path.

Qualifications

  • Interpersonal skills, clear communication, and customer service skills
  • Solutions driven and detail focused
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong desire to achieve results and hit targets
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Prior sales or customer experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Marketing skills would be an asset
  • Valid driver's licence is required.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or have a valid Work Permit to be considered
