Position Overview

This role involves comprehensive management and analysis of both commercial and residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of capital and debt structures, and a proven track record in managing complex financial models and funding mechanisms within the real estate and construction sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of commercial and residential land projects to assess financial viability and risk.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financing packages, including the preparation of financing applications and the management of financing draws.
  • Create and oversee cash flow models and proformas for real estate projects, ensuring accurate and efficient financial planning.
  • Provide monthly project reporting, offering insights and strategic guidance to optimize financial performance.
  • Play a crucial role in the management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure project financing and capital.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate finance, with significant exposure to both commercial and residential sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital structure analysis, and debt structuring.- Proficient in the use of financial software and tools for real estate analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.


This is an onsite position with a requirement to be in office 5 days a week.
