Are you looking to take the next step in your career while making a real-world impact?

As a Project Coordinator in our Winnipeg office, you will work closely with the team, learning the ins and outs of project management and contributing to high-profile construction projects.

Whether you’re early in your career or looking to pivot into a dynamic field, we encourage you to apply if you’re passionate about learning and growing with a collaborative team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to grow, develop new skills, and shape your career path. Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer for North American sales, you will play a critical role in ensuring project success from conception to completion.

What You’ll Do

Learn by Doing:

  • Dive into the world of project management with hands-on guidance and mentorship.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and factory stakeholders to understand the full project lifecycle.

Support and Grow:

  • Assist in creating shop drawings, manufacturing details, and product documentation with opportunities to develop advanced technical skills.
  • Help the sales team coordinate samples, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare accurate quotations.

Contribute and Innovate:

  • Take ownership of timelines and milestones for factory orders, working proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Offer ideas and fresh perspectives to optimize processes and improve project outcomes.

Make an Impact:

  • Participate in all stages of project execution, from purchase order to final installation, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions.
  • Provide valuable feedback to support new product development initiatives and market growth strategies.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated individual with the right attitude, work ethic, and eagerness to grow. We value potential over credentials—if you’re excited about this opportunity, we want to hear from you.

What Will Help You Succeed:

  • Curiosity and Drive: A willingness to explore new ideas and challenge yourself to learn.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to think creatively and find practical solutions.
  • Team Spirit: A collaborative approach to engaging with customers, team members, and partners.
  • Attention to Detail: A focused and careful approach to managing tasks and delivering quality results.

Your Background Could Include:

  • A degree or experience in fields like Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related disciplines—but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly count.
  • Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, or CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or Revit is a plus.
  • Any experience in project management, construction, or product design is welcome, but we’ll teach you what you need to succeed.

Why Join Us?

At Lindner PARC, we believe your career should be more than a job—it should be a journey of growth, learning, and achievement. We are committed to creating an environment where every employee feels valued, trusted, and empowered to contribute their best.

Here’s what we offer:

  • A Supportive Environment: You’ll have mentorship and hands-on training to help you grow your skills and confidence.
