Duties

  1. Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
  2. Assist with meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
  3. Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
  4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  5. Help with inventory management and stock rotation
  6. Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards for food presentation

Skills

  1. Previous experience working in a restaurant or kitchen setting
  2. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
