Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using hybrid frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
  • Ensure seamless integration of mobile app functionalities with backend systems and APIs.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to meet project requirements and performance standards.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure a consistent user experience across different devices and screen sizes.
  • Conduct thorough testing of the hybrid apps to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and compatibility problems.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the highest quality of the application.
  • Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and load times.
  • Implement best practices for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure coding standards are met.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including app architecture, codebase, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to define and integrate APIs required for app functionality.
  • Coordinate with product managers to understand project requirements and deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, hybrid frameworks, and platform-specific guidelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in hybrid app development using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
  • Familiarity with mobile app design principles and UI/UX best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS or Android).
  • Experience with backend development and API integration.
  • Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks and tools.
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies.
