Job Description

The Opportunity:

We are changing the way people buy and service cars one dealership at a time. PBS is the third largest DMS provider to the North American retail automotive industry. We view our customers as business partners, technology innovators, and friends.

The Role:

As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will provide support and training to customers on our Dealer Management Software. This position is based in Calgary and requires travel throughout North America.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the PBS software
  • Train customers on the PBS software
  • Complete payroll module if applicable
  • Prioritize tasks without direction
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Work directly with customers and train sessions
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Respond to training requests
  • Escalate issues
  • Knowledge sharing
  • Maintain documentation
  • Commit to ongoing education
  • Monitor DTO queue
  • Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Experience in parts or service area preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience in automotive industry or PBS preferred
  • High School Diploma
  • Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective time management
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA
