BSS Lead Business Analyst/Architect

Responsibilities
  1. BSS SME on all phases of the implementation delivery process for BSS (Business Support Systems) solutions
  2. Work with the vendor to manage the design and implementation of requirements
  3. Provide guidance and option analysis of potential BSS requirements
  4. Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders, including managers, users, and IT teams.
  5. Actively participate in the implementation, development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions.
  6. Identify and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement information systems solutions.
  8. Lead feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate potential solutions and recommend the most effective course of action.
Technical Experience and Skills
  1. 10+ years' experience in a similar role
  2. In-depth knowledge of Netcracker BSS
  3. In-depth experience with supporting/leading designing, developing, testing and implementation within the Telecom BSS area
  4. In-depth experience with Jira/Confluence/MS Office tools
  5. Experience working in cross-functional technical teams
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills in dealing with clients, internal and external stakeholders, senior management and staff
  7. Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical individuals
  8. A team player, collaborative and independently driven
  9. Must demonstrate a flexible, open-minded attitude and have strong interpersonal skills
  10. Experience effectively leading meetings and facilitating groups to reach consensus
