Role and Responsibilities:
- Review customer data and process account openings in compliance with company policies.
- Verify documents submitted by clients within designated regions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and live chat in a timely manner.
- Collect and analyze departmental data for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Process customer withdrawals securely and efficiently.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive customer information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a cheerful and customer-friendly attitude.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends if required.
