Job Summary

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will bring a solid background in finance/accounting department experience to a diverse set of responsibilities. The role encompasses financial review and monthly accounting cycle tasks. Reporting to the Vice-President, Finance. Some, but minimal travel within Canada may be required from time to time. This exciting role includes a wide variety of accounting, finance, and general business aptitude – and a whole range of skills will be developed as you work in a brand new and modern office in Ville Saint Laurent.

Responsabilités

  1. Examen mensuel des comptes de résultats des secteurs d'activité et établissement de rapports à ce sujet.
  2. Diverses tâches de fin de mois (écritures de journal, génération de rapports)
  3. Maintien de divers calendriers de comptabilité et d'audit
  4. Responsable du maintien de la documentation du contrôle interne en tant que liaison principale avec les consultants externes de contrôle interne de la société.
  5. Contribuer à la gestion du programme d'assurance de la société ; travailler avec l'équipe d'assurance du groupe pour fournir des informations financières et des certificats d'assurance au niveau local, selon les besoins.
  6. Analyse des contrats de revenus - tarification, exactitude de la facturation, audits de revenus et travail avec diverses plateformes et outils de revenus.
  7. Calcul du coût et gestion des stocks
  8. Aide à la collecte d'informations et à la préparation du budget annuel de la société et du processus de prévision.
  9. Diverses tâches selon les besoins.

Qualifications requises

  1. 5+ ans d'expérience dans un rôle de comptabilité / finance
  2. Le titre de CPA est un atout, mais pas obligatoire.
  3. Hautement organisé et capable de gérer de multiples priorités
  4. Connaissance de SAP, One-Stream et Planful, un atout
  5. Orienté vers le détail et doté de solides compétences en comptabilité et en finances
  6. Maîtrise de la suite de programmes Microsoft Office (Power BI serait un atout).
  7. Bonnes compétences en communication (français et anglais)
  8. Capacité à travailler sous pression
  9. Accent sur le travail d'équipe et la collaboration
  10. Basé à Montréal (Ville St-Laurent) avec des opportunités hybrides.
