Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving business growth, profitability, and market share in the FMCG sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
