RGC (Ruthven Greenhouse Construction) is a multi-trade contractor with projects in the agriculture, commercial, industrial fields.

We are currently looking for a Lead Service Technician for our Doors division to join our dynamic and growing industry.

Responsibilities:

• New construction and replacement installations of automatic and manual overhead doors in both commercial and residential applications
• Replacements of existing overhead doors and/or panels
• Service on existing overhead doors
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues (Strong problem-solving skills are required)
• Reporting to management to make sure correct parts are ordered to repair issues
• Operating and maintaining power tools and hand tools
• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete daily tasks and assignments
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities

Minimum Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in overhead door installation and service
• Ideally, 1-2 years of general construction experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A valid G class driver's license to keep you mobile
• Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000-$100,000 a year

Expected hours: 40-50 per week
