Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, maintaining the integrity of the brand and enhancing its market position.
- Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop marketing strategies for new and existing products, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and manage a content strategy that includes creating high-quality, engaging content such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Ensure content is tailored to target audiences and aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
- Content Distribution: Oversee the distribution of content across various platforms, including the company website, social media channels, email newsletters, and third-party sites, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Calendar Management: Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of relevant and timely content that supports marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Partnerships and Sponsorships: Identify and develop partnerships with relevant organizations, athletes, and influencers to promote our brand and products.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and sponsorships, to maximize brand exposure.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the sporting goods industry or related sectors.
