Who we are


Y’all is a boutique performance creative and marketing agency. We specialize in scaling DTC CPG brands through creative strategy and media buying for paid social and paid search. While we have clients in a variety of verticals (including local lead gen), many of our clients fall into the health and wellness, or food and beverage spaces.


We’re fully remote and located across five different countries. We work hard, enjoy what we do, and take pride in delivering excellent results and superior service to our clients. Everyone on the team takes pride in giving our clients attention and thoughtfulness unlike any other agency they’ve worked with before.


Who You Are


You're a Creative Strategist with an enthusiasm for DTC brands and an entrepreneurial spirit.


You've always been interested in both sides of marketing– the art & the science. Maybe you started as a media buyer but always had a creative side. Or, you began in design but felt like you wanted to connect your art better to results.


Either way, you thrive on creating thumb-stopping creative that looks great and gets results.


We're looking for someone like you to deploy creative strategy and ad development know-how to help our clients win on paid social channels.


What you’ll do


  • Lead the end-to-end creative strategy process—leveraging research, competitive insights, and performance data to develop high-converting ads.
  • Execute a mix of iterations (quick ad wins) and big swings (longer, more complex ad ideas) to scale ad spend.
  • Develop concepts and briefs for static ads, animated ads, UGC ads, professionally produced video ads on a daily basis for a variety of clients.
  • Write compelling ad copy that aligns with brand guidelines, audience insights, and performance best practices.
  • Collaborate with designers and media buyers to turn napkin ideas into high-performing campaigns.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure alignment on creative direction and performance goals.
  • Mentor and develop designers and aspiring creative strategists, fostering a high-performing support team.
  • Stay ahead of trends, platforms, and best practices—bringing fresh ideas to every campaign.

What you’ll bring


  • 3-4 years of extensive and relevant experience, particularly with Facebook (e.g. Growth Marketing, Creative Strategist, Media Buyer, Performance marketing etc.).
  • A strong understanding of ad performance metrics and how to translate data into actionable creative insights.
  • A desire to do hard work and celebrate the success that comes with it. The team members who excel at Y’all have a relentless drive to improve their craft and put out the best work possible.
  • A love for DTC brands, especially in health & wellness, food & beverage.
  • Strong communication skills—you can clearly present ideas and collaborate with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of customer awareness stages & the purchase funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF) and the creative strategies that work at each stage.
  • Experience with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.
  • Extreme attention to detail—if you’re reading this, mention your favorite DTC ads in your application to show us you pay attention.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you know how to inspire and guide creative teams to meet business goals.
  • Fluency in American English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A passion for creativity and a knack for combining data with storytelling to craft engaging and high-performing ads.
  • Experience building creative briefs and managing projects from ideation to execution.


⭐ Bonus points for


  • Intermediate design experience (think Creative OS templates and Canva with the ability to make edits in Figma)
  • A history of working with both ecommerce and lead generation clients.
  • Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools


️ Tech you’ll be using


Familiarity with these products, or similar software, will be valuable as they will play a large part in your day-to-day as a Creative Strategist.

  • Data Analysis Tools – Google Looker Studio, GA4, Microsoft Clarity


Location & Hours

  • Remote: U.S., Canada, or U.K.
  • Work Hours: EST time zone alignment required.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000–$80,000 USD (based on experience, location, and market rates).
