Your responsibilities include:

Client Relations:

  • Serve as the primary contact for financial institution clients regarding ATM operations and emergency cash loads.
  • Build strong relationships to understand client needs and expectations
  • Onboarding and Training:
    • Lead client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration of ATM tools and emergency cash protocols.
    • Provide comprehensive training to clients on system usage and emergency procedures.
  • Address client inquiries and technical issues related to ATM operations promptly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot problems and coordinate solutions with internal teams and clients.
  • Emergency Cash Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies for emergency cash replenishments across client ATM networks.
    • Ensure timely and efficient response to emergency cash requests.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to ATM operations.
    • Prepare regular reports SLA and provide insights to clients for optimizing their ATM networks.
  • Team Management:
    • Supervise a team of 6 professionals, providing leadership and guidance.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, implement, and document policies, processes, and standards related to ATM operations.
  • Improve data quality, analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop training programs to enhance team skills and support company initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: Several years in customer success or ATM management, with a focus on emergency cash services.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and lead a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Location: Office-based in Montreal, with occasional travel as required.
  • Hours: Standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies.
