The Role

Edmonton Kenworth Ltd. is looking for a Warranty Administrator at our Leduc location, who is responsible for providing administrative support and tracking warranty claims and their status, as well as engaging in the primary responsibility of claims entry and repair order coding.

Responsibilities

Create, file, and track warranty claims while ensuring accuracy in all documentation

Gather information related to status reports for submission to suppliers

Update claims, information and invoices

Appropriately code all claim entries and provide accurate data entry on all warranty claims and status reports

Maintain the filing system and file all documentation on a weekly basis

Operate REM storage unit and process core returns

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of:

  • One year of warranty claims experience preferably in the truck industry
  • Demonstrated data entry skills
  • A high school diploma

Shift

This is a Permanent Full Time position.
