Job Qualification

Education: Health Care Aide diploma or equivalent (evidence required)

Attributes
  • Excellent communication skill with fluency in written and spoken English
  • French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.

Successful candidates who are offered a position will be required to provide:

  • 2 supervisory references
  • Must be active on the Alberta Health Care Aide Directory
  • A clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening
  • Proof of being negative for TB.
