About the Company - We are recruiting for our North of London client, a Not-for-Profit organization, an Executive Director. Working with the Board of Directors you will supervise and mentor staff, plan operations and represent the organization in the community.
About the Role - You will participate in developing the annual budget and strategic plan and manage legislative compliance including compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements. You consider yourself a change catalyst. You will develop the operational plan assess community needs and enhance all facets such as communication, cost optimization, training and project delivery.
Responsibilities -
- Supervise and mentor staff and volunteers
- Plan operations
- Represent the organization in the community
- Develop the annual budget and strategic plan
- Manage legislative compliance including compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements
- Assess community needs
- Enhance communication, cost optimization, training, and program delivery
Qualifications - Post Secondary Education preferred. Previous management or board of director experience. Successful fundraising and leadership experience.
Required Skills - 5 plus years in management experience in the Not-for-Profit sector, advanced communication and leadership abilities, proficient in word processing, email, and financial spreadsheets.
