Our well-established client is looking for 2 or 3 candidates to fill their Operations analytics & Order fulfillment specialist positions. These are full-time contracts for 6 to 12 months.

Salary: 28$ to 35$ per hour, according to experience

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 37,5h/week

Localization: Saint-Laurent, QC – Parking on site

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Order processing:
- Manage end-to-end order processing activities, including order entry, tracking, fulfillment, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Continuously evaluate and streamline order processing workflows to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address any issues or discrepancies related to orders and implement corrective actions as needed.

2. Project coordination:
- Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination in the OM/Ops sphere, facilitating communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or obstacles, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate resources to support project objectives and deadlines.

3. Analytics:
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to extract insights from data related to order processing, project performance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of order processing and project outcomes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to present actionable insights to senior management, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations management, Analytics, or a related field.
- Fluently bilingual in English and French.
- Proven experience (+2 years) in order processing, project coordination, and analytics roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Oracle ERP considered an asset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
