We are currently searching for a Manager, Product and Service to join our team in Marketing Department in our Head Office location.


The Manager, Product and Service is responsible for overseeing the bank's product and service offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory standards. This role involves managing the development and implementation of banking products and services, establishing and enforcing policies, and monitoring branch activities to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage policies, procedures, and guidelines for the bank's deposit and FX products and services.
  • Organize and manage the bank's products and services, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Manage deposit and FX products/service rates and fees to grow the bank's business volume and customer base.
  • Ensure regulatory and internal compliance and deposit and FX products and services.
  • Oversee departmental monitoring of branch activities related to deposit and FX product and services.
  • Handle FCAC, CDIC, and tax-related tasks, including regulatory reporting and updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports submitted to management, regulators, and external parties.
  • Manage the bank's deposit and FX product/service database and portfolio effectively.
  • Improve the bank's effectiveness and efficiency in products and services, including branch operations.
  • Identify and mitigate systemic risks in branch operations.
  • Conduct analysis on customers, products, services, and market updates.
  • Oversee cash management, ATM operations, and debit card operations to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to assigned tasks.
  • Provide stakeholders with applicable marketing guidance and tools.
  • Maintain a purpose-driven and focused team environment.
  • Participate in departmental occasions and activities.
  • Perform backup tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Skills/Competencies:

  • 5+ Years of experience in banking or related industry
  • Robust ability to understand the bank's products and services details
  • Strong ability to interpret market changes
  • Ability to manage the revenue and cost analysis
  • Strong knowledge in data analysis and interpretation including Excel
