Summary:

Well versed in software implementation methodology with experience defining project requirements, managing project engagements, developing project plans, etc. Develop good working relationships with staff in Services and Sales organizations. Understand the client's strategic business and technology goals and create the proposed service approach and solution. More of an Integration leader with configuration work experience as well.

Job Description:

Lead end to end implementation of UKG systems, including time and Attendance, Scheduling, Absence management and Labor Management.

Design Solutions based on business requirements, including employee schedules, pay rules, time off policies and workflows, work rules and attendance policies.

Experience leading the team by proactively facing the Customer and working hand in hand with the Offshore team on deliverables.

Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting tools.

Good Knowledge of BIRT reporting and business process flow.

Expertise in Kronos Integration (UKG Pro Workforce Management) with Dell Boomi Integration.

Experience in designing and developing complex integrations.

5 + Years of experience in Kronos implementation and support.

Experience in building integrations in Dell Boomi like Person Import, Payroll Export, Schedule, and Punch related Integrations.

Specialized in configuration and implementation of LOA module is a plus.

Specialized in configuration and implementation of advanced Scheduling module is a plus.

Collaborate with business teams, HR teams, IT teams to gather requirements and define the solution architecture. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement solutions accordingly.

Technology:

Hands on Experience in configuring and executing REST/POST API calls in Postman.

Well versed with Web Services Server, SFTP, Database, Boomi Atmosphere API and UKG Connector.

Dell Boomi Associate and Professional developer certification.

Experience in handling JIRA tickets and knowledge on AGILE methodology.

Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce dimensions, including WIM, WFC and WFD.

Review existing code and perform code enhancements. Adhere to best practices around the code/data source control, ticket tracking during an assignment.
