ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about training, coaching, and developing our operational processes and standards for our top sales and high risk stores? Our Business Operations & Optimization team is responsible for supporting our stores and employee’s full potential through an investment in training and education that is unparalleled in the retail industry and through the ongoing innovation and optimization of our existing business processes You will work in partnership with District Managers (DMs) and Regional Directors (RDs) on providing technical direction and support on operations to drive business objectives and initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Coach, train, and develop store directors, managers, and leads relating to all in store operational processes
  • Propose and recommend direction to DMs and RDs on district improvements to operations focusing on processes, expense control, and team development
  • Maintain the High Shrink Program in collaboration with DM/DLPM and ensure Top Shrink Doors adhere to operations processes
  • Develop store specific action plans in conjunction with DMs and store directors to improve in store processes
  • Support the merchandising time between Turnover to Soft Opening while collaborating with US New Store Opening Teams to ensure consistency across North American processes
  • Train new operations leads, managers, and store directors relating to operations while providing operational fundamental trainings for new store directors and managers
  • Provide strategic direction to various departments identifying inefficient processes with a focus on store payroll and operational efficiencies
  • Primary liaison with logistics and distribution teams on store delivery schedules optimizations

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of experience as a people leader, mentoring and developing a team to successfully achieve business objectives
  • You give meaning to data and results - reviewing and analyzing store level financial statements
  • Great at expressing yourself both clearly and creatively, both in conversation and in writing
  • You love solving problems creatively and are confident in dealing with ambiguous situations
  • You are tech savvy and proficient in Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • You're game for travel - up to 90% travel required to stores outside home store
