Summary


The Senior Associate, Search will support the team to develop, implement and maintain paid search campaigns. The position will be involved with the development of strategies, planning and execution of search marketing campaigns in additional to continued intensive data pulls and analysis. A successful candidate will have great attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit and team player, while bringing value to our clients.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in the creation of keyword builds on the account.
  • Conduct frequent analysis to identify new opportunities to optimize the account.
  • Monitor account pacing and flag any outliers to search team and make optimization recommendations.
  • Check account performance daily and communicate any shifts in performance and make optimizations.
  • Support the Associate Manager in implementing tests and pulling ad hoc analyses.
  • Pull and populate billing documents, support with reconciliation and Prisma entry (as needed).
  • Support the team in reporting process as need. Write reporting analysis.
  • Effectively use internal and quality control processes that ensure error-free execution of all tasks.
  • Support in managing and training team members as needed.
  • Effectively communication with the clients, staff and internal teams as needed.
  • Learn to utilize Omni, in order to effectively leverage our people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.


Education

  • Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience


Skills

  • Good Analytical (Developing)and strategic thinking (Developing) abilities, with the capability to derive actionable insights from Data (Developing).
  • Strong audience management (Intermediate), Communication (Developing) and interpersonal (Developing) skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Teams (Developing).
  • Proficiency in Media Planning (Intermediate) and buying tools and platforms (Intermediate).
  • Good understanding of Project Management Methodologies (Developing) and process improvement techniques (Developing).
  • Good narrative Writing (Developing) skills, demonstrated ability to craft compelling stories that engage the audience and convey complex ideas clearly.

Experiences
