in order to optimize the Data Model update process in OFSAA, we wish to conduct an analysis of the current process and make optimization recommendations. We wish to obtain external expertise and advice in order to obtain "best practices" on the subject. Mandate of approximately 2 weeks.

Summary of engagement:

The objective of this mandate is to carry out an analysis of the Data Model update process. This analysis will result in recommendations for optimizing this process in line with industry best practices. The ultimate goal is to accelerate the release of Data Model improvements from two (2) to three (3) per month to one (1) per week.

Methodology

The consulting OFSAA expert will conduct a series of methodical actions to understand the current process. This process includes:

1. Documentation review: Study all documents related to the Data Model update process.

2. FSDF solution evaluation: Examine the complexity and efficiency of the current model using the FSDF solution.

3. Expert interviews: Organize interviews with expert advisors responsible for process and development to gain a practical understanding.
