Job Description:

Nature's Path Foods is looking for a part-time Call Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are seeking an individual with at least 7 years of experience in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the call center
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
  3. Monitoring and evaluating call center performance metrics
  4. Training and coaching call center agents
  5. Resolving escalated customer complaints and issues
  6. Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient call center operations
  7. Collaborating with other departments to improve overall company efficiency
  8. Providing regular reports and updates to senior management

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a call center environment
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills
  3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and call center software
  5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  6. Experience in food industry call centers is a plus
