  • Soutenir le producteur et les superviseurs VFX dans la programmation, la hiérarchisation et le suivi des missions techniques internes et des détails du projet
  • Organiser les rushes, les rondes et les réunions de projet
  • Être capable de planifier et de suivre le travail des artistes : gérer les objectifs, l'état et les dates de livraison des prises de vue internes à l'aide de shotgrid
  • Organiser et mettre en place les médias pour les sessions de révision cinesync / client
  • Créer et réviser les spécifications techniques pour la création d'effets visuels
  • S'assurer que le travail est approuvé et achevé dans les délais et conformément aux spécifications
  • Examiner les demandes techniques des clients et évaluer la faisabilité de la mise en œuvre et/ou l'impact sur les coûts

Exigences:

  • Expérience professionnelle dans la production d'effets visuels, y compris la connaissance des techniques et de la terminologie de la postproduction
  • L'expérience de Shotgrid est un atout
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office
  • Bonne capacité d'organisation et de communication
  • Orienté vers les détails, proactif et bien organisé, capable de se développer et de s'épanouir dans un environnement en constante évolution
  • Vous aimez faire partie d'une équipe, collaborer, aider les autres et être prêt à partager vos techniques et vos compétences

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the VFX Producer and Supervisors with scheduling, prioritizing and tracking internal technical assignments and project details
  • Organize dailies, rounds and project meetings
  • Be able to schedule and track artists' work: manage internal shot goals, status and delivery dates using shotgun
  • Organize and setup media for cinesync / client review sessions
  • Create and review technical specifications for the creation of visual effects work
  • Ensure work is being approved and completed on time and to specification
  • Review technical client requests and assess feasibility of implementation and/or cost impact

Requirements

  • Previous work experience in VFX production, including knowledge of post production techniques and terminology
  • Shotgrid experience an asset
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Well-developed organization and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, proactive and well-organized individual, able to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy being part of a team to collaborate, assist others and be willing to share techniques and skills
  • Ability to manage time and priorities tasks to succeed under tight deadlines

Additional Requirements:

  • Must live in Montreal and already be eligible to work in Canada. It is not possible to provide work visa or relocation assistance for this position.
  • Pixomondo is an international company established in 5 countries. For production purposes, fluency in English is required.
