Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client teams, providing project management, financial analysis, and client deliverables
  • Guide benefit plan analysis, design, cost strategies, and risk management
  • Support carrier/vendor financial reviews and client decisions
  • Ensure technical accuracy on client projects, including pricing, plan design, and reserves
  • Deliver claim reporting and financial modeling
  • Collaborate with global teams and ensure superior project management
  • Manage RFPs, analyze proposals, and recommend carriers
  • Ensure timely and accurate client communication and placement deliverables
  • Support internal teams in financial operations and reporting
  • Handle special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in benefit consulting, brokerage, or insurance (underwriting/actuarial)
  • Strong knowledge of health and benefits products, underwriting, and funding
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong client service skills and teamwork
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Provincial Life and Health license required within 180 days
  • Relevant degree or experience
