- Recueillir et analyser des données, créer des outils et préparer des documents nécessaires au processus budgétaire relatif aux coûts contrôlables.
- Effectuer des analyses d’impact financier des décisions opérationnelles (coûts/avantages).
- Analyser les écarts des rapports trimestriels et de prévisions ainsi que les données relatives aux coûts de gestion et aux coûts d’exploitation.
- Tenir à jour la base de données sur les immobilisations, les données de référence de SAP, le processus lié aux revenus de placement et préparer différents rapprochements des comptes.
- Participer au processus de clôture mensuelle des comptes comprenant la préparation des états financiers internes.
- Baccalauréat en comptabilité ou administration des affaires.
- Minimum de deux (2) à cinq (5) années d’expérience pertinente.
- Titre de comptable professionnel agréé – CPA.
- Connaissance du cycle comptable complet, des clôtures de fin d’exercice et des dossiers pour les vérificateurs externes.
- Connaissance approfondie des techniques de rapprochement de comptes, y compris des rapprochements bancaires.
- Grande connaissance du calcul des coûts, de la budgétisation des investissements et des ETP.
- Capacité à vulgariser et transmettre des informations financières complexes.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit afin de communiquer avec les équipes situées au Québec et en Ontario.
- Connaissances des programmes informatiques applicables et des autres logiciels connexes (MS Office, SAP, etc.).
