Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Technical Writer (Banking/Finance) who will be responsible for the design and creation of documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including procedures, user manuals, technical training materials and job aids where appropriate). The successful candidate will ensure that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate. This candidate will work closely with internal partners and business Subject Matter Experts to research and verify content and will also collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives for documentation deliverables and processes, as well as various other administrative tasks such as planning and scheduling.
Desired Skill Set:
- 5 years of proven experience as a Technical Writer
- 5 years of expertise in Procedural Writing
- 5 years of hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- 5 years of experience creating user manuals and tool guides
Nice To Have:
- Financial Industry or Banking experience
