Here’s more precisely what you will do :

Corrective maintenance (50%) :

  • Troubleshoot issues on the machines in collaboration with the operator;
  • Evaluate the repair time;
  • Repair the different machines (Carding, Sewing and Sealing machines mainly);
  • Close work orders;
  • Suggest continuous improvement ideas to minimize machine’s down time.

Preventive maintenance (50%) :

  • Make preventive maintenance daily on our carding machines;
  • Oil and put grease on different machines;
  • Validate the durability of pieces and prepare a maintenance, if needed;
  • Create security protective guards and participate in special projects.

Here is the detailed shift schedule :

Night Shift : 6:30 AM to 4:15 PM from Monday to Thursday and 6:30 to 1:1:45 AM the Friday.
