Vos tâches en un coup d’œil
  • Vous dirigez le processus de clôture de fin de mois et êtes le point de contact principal pour l'équipe de Reporting;
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les autres équipes de Finances notamment les comptes payables et recevables et l’équipe desachats afin de s’assurer de la précision des dépenses aux livres;
  • Vous contribuez à l’amélioration de la méthodologie d’allocation des diverses dépenses et à l’implantation de nouveaux outils;
  • Vous supervisez et encadrez le personnel comptable junior, en fournissant des conseils et un soutien dans leur développement ;
  • Vous effectuez des analyses et des modélisations financières approfondies pour soutenir la prise de décision stratégique ;
  • Vous identifiez et mettez en œuvre des améliorations de processus afin d'accroître l'efficacité et la précision ;
  • Vous agissez à titre d’expert pour répondre aux besoins des clients internes, principalement l’équipe d’opérations;
  • Avec le support du gestionnaire de la comptabilité. vous participez à l'intégration comptable de nouvelles entités;
  • Vous préparez divers rapports financiers destinés aux partenaires d’affaires externes ou bien à divers clients et/ou fournisseurs;
  • Vous prenez en charge des processus comptables spécifiques.
  • Vous contribuez aux différents projets et analyses ad hoc de l'équipe comptable.
Une vue claire de vos atouts
  • Vous détenez au minimum 5 ans d'expérience;
  • Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité ou dans une discipline connexe;
  • Vous avez un titre de CPA;
  • Vous avez une capacité à diriger des projets et à faire du mentorat
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances des normes comptables;
  • Vous avez des compétences avancées en Excel et/ou en modélisation financière;
  • Vous vous exprimez parfaitement en français and you speak English as well;
  • Vous avez une expérience de travail dans un environnement multi-entreprises, un atout;
  • Votre connaissance de Microsoft Dynamics Navision et Solver BI360 est un atout.
