Your function We are looking for an Electrotechnician - day shift - Monday to Friday - for a company in the packaging sector located in Brossard. Reporting to the technical supervisor, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Corrective maintenance and repair of equipment as required - Coordinate preventive maintenance in accordance with production schedules - Carry out checks during production, diagnose problems - Optimize industrial equipment, assemble electrical panels, calibrate and install instrumentation - Program and participate in the implementation of automated machines or specific parts - Apply safety procedures - Other related maintenance tasks Your professional skills - Versatile, analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong technical understanding - Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Your profile -At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar position French-speaking profile - knowledge of English -DEC in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or automation -Bachelor's degree, or in the process of obtaining one -Relevant knowledge of mechanics, electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics -Programming experience (Allen Bradley) -Knowledge of Autocad -Salary: $80k - $90k depending on experience - Weekend bonus, profit-sharing, group insurance and RRSP -Permanent position - day shift - Monday to Friday We're looking for a passionate, experienced and highly technical person capable of handling emergencies.
