Job Description:

Strong SQL skills are essential; experience writing complex queries spanning multiple tables is required.

7+ years of experience in IT and data base/data warehouse domain.

Advanced level MS Excel and data interpretation/visualization techniques.

Strong Domain knowledge on OTC derivatives & Markets.

Exposure to scripting language like shell scripting, python is required.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. The resource will be involved in working on implementation and governance of Data Quality and Controls on Cloudera/big data platform.
  2. Working with source systems that publish transactions to Cloudera data platform and perform RCA on controls failed.
  3. Day to day activity would involve working extensively on complex SQLs that are run on Hive/IMPALA DB.
  4. Running daily/weekly reports and visualizations.
