Physiotherapists play a crucial part in providing assessment, treatment planning and implementation, program planning, consultation, equipment prescription and education to patients and/or their caregivers. Operating within a client-centered approach and as an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, you make a substantial contribution to promote functional independence and enable patients to achieve and maintain optimal health outcomes. Royal Inland Hospital’s Physiotherapists work in many areas of the hospital: Othro, Neuro, Medical Intensive, Critical Care/Trauma, Emergency, Cardiac ICU, Daycare Surgery, Oncology, Palliative, Stroke Medical, General Surgical and Outpatient follow up. In this position the Physiotherapist will have varied work duties, as per operational requirements. It is a position requiring one to alternate through all areas of Acute Care and requires the Physiotherapist to rotate through weekends. Shift times 08:00 to 16:00 hours. Days of work are rotating; shift times 08:00 to 16:00 hours.

• Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professions of British Columbia (CHCPBC) [formerly College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia (CPTBC)].
• Valid BC Driver’s license where required.
