Position Summary:
As a Regional Ecosystem Manager, you will be primarily responsible to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to help understand and map the current landscape. Successful candidates will be able to lead multi-layer projects and internal and external relationships in the autoimmune T1D health care ecosystem.
Main responsibilities:
- Within your specified region or territory, support the mapping development of in-depth knowledge regarding the T1D health care ecosystem’s current resources.
- Develop an understanding of the needs of Centers of Excellence, Health Networks, Specialized Centers, Care Teams & Key Stakeholders in the Autoimmune & Type 1 diabetes space.
- Identify healthcare barriers for people living with diabetes and unmet needs. Identifying gaps and possible solutions.
- Leverage an omnichannel approach (e.g., F2F, social media, portals, etc.) to ensure high-touch and personalized engagement with stakeholders.
- Identify and map patient pathways.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented initiatives, adjusting as necessary to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
- Stay informed about industry trends, keeping abreast of the changing healthcare system, understanding national policies and local priorities.
Key Requirements:

Experience:
- Desired experience in either Diabetes / Specialty / Rare disease.
- Demonstrated record of success with a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders and build strong working relationships.
- Outstanding networking capabilities.
- Ability to develop organizational capabilities while influencing others.
- Ability to work agile, demonstrate creativity and be a strong team player.
- Self-driven and results-oriented.
- Ability to dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances.
- Agile learner who is comfortable operating in complex environments.

Technical skills:
- Broad understanding of the health system.
- Deep understanding of care pathway operational aspects.
- Proven ability to translate health system knowledge into action plans with internal and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplined team structure.
- Digital & Analytical skills: able to analyze data, feedback and turn it into insights.
- Must achieve and maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory and operational rules and procedures.
Education:
- Relevant University Degree, Business or Science focus is preferable.
Languages:
- Knowledge of both English and French is required for the role, as the scope of the position covers the Atlantic Provinces and Quebec. Team members will be required to travel as needed, and will participate in team meetings and strategic discussions, as well as interactions with stakeholders who may communicate in one or both languages.
Remote working and travel expected 40%.
