Required Skills and Responsibilities:

  1. Senior Technical Lead with hands-on years of experience in Design and Development.
  2. Perform and coordinate complex application programming activities.
  3. Design the applications' technical infrastructure using specific databases, programming languages, utilities, and testing approaches.
  4. Lead the design and development of cost-effective and innovative solutions.
  5. Technical expertise: NodeJS, Angular, Typescript, MongoDB, ELK, Kong, Swagger, REST APIs. It’s an asset to have some experience in cloud technologies like AWS or Azure Strategic Planning.
  6. Develop multi-year technology roadmaps that align with the Bank's vision, strategy, and business objectives. Lead multiple complex projects involving back-end systems, new technology, and the enhancement of existing applications.
  7. Leadership Skills: Act as a development team lead and run code-review sessions with the wider team to ensure projects are on track to meet objectives. Support and mentor intermediate and senior developers by sharing knowledge, collaborating, and problem-solving.
