We are recruiting ERP Business Analyst for client in North York. This is at least 2 days on site. Must have at least 8 years of ERP Analysis experience


Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse and understand current business processes and goals to ensure alignment with ERP implementation and Business Intelligence systems.
  2. Collaborate with a diverse team of IT professionals to design, develop, and implement the ERP software following set goals and timelines.
  3. Evaluate business requirements and analyze them for conversion into structured processes and procedures.
  4. Identify areas of improvement in operational practices and help develop strategies to optimize these processes.
  5. Create and maintain various types of BI reports and dashboards for different stakeholders.
  6. Monitor the ERP system post-implementation to ensure the software is being used to its fullest potential.
  7. Gather and organize key performance data into reports and presentations for executive leadership.
  8. Facilitate brainstorming sessions and conduct interviews to gather requirements from key stakeholders.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues and provide end-user training and support.



Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the fields of ERP and BI reporting.
  3. Strong knowledge of ERP implementation standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  4. Demonstrated ability in data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
  5. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present to different stakeholders.
  6. High levels of adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical thinking.
