What You'll Do:
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Address customer and vendor inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the direct manager on opportunities and customer issues.
- Support Corporate Customer Specialists and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Develop and manage a centralized traffic ticket system.
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of TDFI’s business for effective dealings.
- Prepare and submit bid proposals to Business Development Managers.
- Enter critical customer account notes into SYNC and review tender emails.
- Analyze data, gather information, and research tender opportunities.
- Communicate tender opportunities with branches and stay informed about TDF Group’s offerings.
What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in the automotive industry
- Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
- Efficient time management skills to meet demanding deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strong Organization skills
- Experience in fleet management would be considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in business development contracts
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.
