Access Transformation Senior Manager

Hybrid work environment: 2-3 days/week onsite @ Halifax
Duration: 12-month duration
This role will be reporting to Director and Head of Access Management, Disaster Recovery and Service Management. Position will manage at least 2 FTEs based in Toronto and in Halifax.
Description & Requirements:
- Ongoing management of service management teams and performance metrics: identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy of processed requests and tickets.
- SLA and KRI management and reporting: ensuring these remain green and proactively manage new or emerging risks
- Reporting: Maintaining and evolving unified performance and volume metrics for Provisioning and Fulfillment functions within the team. Revitalize and update business user bundles, increase user uptake and integration within Access Controls
- Communication: Present and consolidate results and key updates to Head of Access
- Management and senior executives and steering committees
- Internal User Community Engagement: Develop and host quarterly access forum on key topics, upcoming events, best practices to ensure captive audience in internal community and to improve stakeholder engagement.
- Establishment of Project Management framework for Access Onboarding and Controls and Attestations Reviews (Enhancements) to ensure workstreams are trending towards completion and any hurdles are managed immediately.
- Ongoing process improvement and documentation: ensure regular review of access processes, documenting desktop procedures, ensuring documentation and digital footprint are kept up to date.
- Issues and Problem Resolution: Continuously identify and address proactively potential issues, conflicts, and risks, mitigating any business impact.
- Management of strategic projects and initiatives: ensuring workstreams are on target, key risks are addressed and provide regular technical updates to management
Required Experience:
- Senior experience within project/program management or direct transformation management experience
- Strong people management skills including coaching capabilities and talent enablement
- Experience with IAM, Logical Access Management Standards and Technology Risk
- Financial Services and Capital Markets experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and cross functional environment.
- Strong reporting experience, creating performance metrics and evaluating SLAs.
- Changemaker personality with the ability to communicate with influence and build lasting and productive relationships.
- Strong communication skills: written and oral
- Strategic thinking: ability to focus and take keen interest in understanding the business context, evaluate options and assess impacts of proposed changes to people and process.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a must
Education:
- Secondary or post-secondary education preferred
- PMP, Agile, CRISC, FRM, CISA, CISSP
