THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to fill the role to lead and grow our business. You will implement strategic goals, manage resources, and drive operational excellence while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring its success. You will make an impact by:
- Overseeing the overall direction and management of the organization’s Online Program Management (OPM) operations. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Leading and developing a high-performing team of professionals while fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
- Owning and managing client relationships with stakeholders across all departments with our University Partners.
- Managing and optimizing financial resources to support organizational objectives and revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proficiency with global programming and learning models that work in Australia, Europe, and the United States, knowing what has worked elsewhere and how to apply those learnings and efficiencies to Canadian go-to-market motions. OPM leadership experience is helpful but not required.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian post-secondary education landscape, trends and challenges facing universities and colleges in Canada.
- Demonstrated ability to build, inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals through a people-first approach and inclusive culture.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, as well as a strong ability to influence and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Passion for leading mission-driven teams in an ambiguous, start-up environment. Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and build an organization from the ground up.
- Relevant educational background. Graduate or Doctorate degrees considered an asset.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Title and total compensation will be based on experience.
