Quelques-unes des tâches :

En tant que superviseur des ventes sans fil, vous êtes un expert en expérience client dans le service sans fil. Vous aidez nos clients particuliers et commerciaux à atteindre leurs objectifs de travail et d'apprentissage en partageant vos connaissances, vos expériences et votre enthousiasme à l’égard des derniers produits, services et tendances sans fil. Il s’agit principalement d’un poste de représentant aux ventes, vous collaborerez avec la direction pour déterminer et atteindre les objectifs financiers et non financiers quotidiens. Passionné par la technologie sans fil, vous enrichissez continuellement vos connaissances en vous engageant à poursuivre votre perfectionnement personnel et à interagir avec votre équipe tout en partageant votre expertise.

Plus précisément, vous serez responsable de:

  1. Collaborer avec la direction pour déterminer et atteindre les objectifs à court et à long terme pour le service sans fil;
  2. Veiller à ce que l’équipe comprenne le lien entre le succès financier du magasin et le service sans fil;
  3. Diriger et encadrer les ventes en entretenant une culture de vente auprès des associés afin d’atteindre les objectifs et les cibles actuels;
  4. En prêchant par l’exemple, encourager et déployer les efforts d’équipe de tout le magasin en engageant la conversation avec les clients et les associés d’autres services lorsqu’il n’interagit pas avec un client au guichet sans fil;
  5. Résoudre efficacement les préoccupations des clients et recourir à la direction, au besoin;
  6. Effectuer des appels de suivi pour solliciter des commentaires sur les ventes, promouvoir des produits et services supplémentaires au besoin;
  7. Saisir les occasions de déterminer et d'accroître de nouvelles occasions d'affaires et de nouveaux clients potentiels, par exemple en générant des recommandations et en participant à des activités de prospection;
  8. Collaborer avec divers chefs de marché, dont le directeur général, le directeur divisionnaire des ventes, le directeur régional des ventes, le directeur des ventes au détail et le directeur des services, afin de cibler et de gagner des clients potentiels et des recommandations de vente;
  9. Fournir à la direction des renseignements pertinents sur les ventes;
  10. Participer aux processus de recrutement, d’embauche et d’intégration au sein de votre service;
  11. Vous occuper de la formation et de l’encadrement des associés dans tous les aspects des ventes et de l’engagement du client;
  12. Comprendre et respecter toutes les politiques sur la protection des biens et la confidentialité et encadrer les autres associés afin qu’ils le fassent également.

Les Qualifications:

  1. Quelques prérequis
  2. Études postsecondaires, de préférence;
  3. 2 ans ou plus d’expérience en ventes sans fil;
  4. 1 an ou plus dans un poste de supervision en assumant la responsabilité directe en vue d’atteindre les objectifs de ventes, de préférence;
  5. Capacité à résoudre les préoccupations des clients de manière diplomatique;
  6. Capacité à planifier, à organiser et à établir les priorités de façon efficace afin de bien s’acquitter de ses responsabilités quotidiennes et servir nos clients;
  7. Capacité de travailler de façon indépendante et de demander de l’aide au besoin.
