Your Impactful Role:
In the role of Clinical Practice Leader for Pharmacy, you will play a pivotal role in designing and overseeing pharmaceutical care. Your responsibilities encompass the supervision and coordination of clinical activities among our skilled pharmacists. Additionally, you'll be instrumental in formulating and upholding practice standards, ensuring the delivery of top-tier care at Royal Inland Hospital.

This position is an opportunity to collaborate with local and regional pharmacy leaders, managers, intensivists, respirologists, and nursing leaders. Together, we'll achieve overarching goals and objectives, advancing departmental and regional pharmacy initiatives.
The pay scale for this position is $61.31 - $76.58

Qualfications
• Graduation from an accredited faculty of Pharmacy program and current licensure with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
• Successful completion of a Canadian hospital pharmacy residency program. Doctor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized university.
• Five years clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting, including two years in a leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
• Eligible for membership in the Canadian Society of Hospital Pharmacists.
