Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Follow direction of your team leader
  2. Act swiftly to complete the work in a timely manner
  3. Reliability is key in this position
  4. Customer service-oriented approach when interacting with clients requiring maintenance assistance

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in facilities maintenance including drywalling, painting (interior / exterior), counter top install, flooring install, plumbing and minor carpentry
  2. Experience with deck and fence repair or build, and experience in install or repair of siding, eaves and troughs
  3. Fluency in English for effective communication with team members and clients

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Dependable, punctual and flexible
  2. Must have a valid driver's license and operating vehicle

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  1. Be a "thinker" - a passion for problem solving
  2. Heavy equipment and trailer experience is an asset
